An apartment building in Mexico City. It was relatively luxurious, for people who liked the idea of living in Mexico City, but preferred to avoid its true harsh life. Because of high crime rate, the building was a fortress of security for its rich clientele. The entrances to the residential areas were sealed off to outsiders and each apartment had its own personalized security system with a keypad on each apartment door, with optional individual laser grids and LCD alarm glass for the windows.
Eddie Chang lives in the 18th floor.
